Margaret  Ann "Maggie" or "Ann Magg Parsons" Parsons

Margaret Ann (Organ) Parsons, 74, a lifelong Battle Creek, Michigan resident, died peacefully at her residence on Monday, September 28, 2020.

Margaret or Maggie, or Ann Magg Parsons as she was known on Facebook, was born June 27, 1946 in Battle Creek, Michigan the daughter of Keith V. and Marjorie E. (Perkins) Organ. She was a 1964 graduate of Battle Creek Central High School and attended Kellogg Community College for nursing classes. She owned and operated Maggie's Kitchen, located on East Michigan Avenue in Post Addition and a Ceramic shop on West Columbia, near 28th Street.

Surviving are three daughters, Kimberly (John) Seagers of Ovid, Margie (Adam) Craig of Battle Creek, Tracy (Chuck) Nichols of Battle Creek; 12 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren and another expected soon; two sisters, Kathy (Roy) Barbree of Battle Creek, Rebecca (Luke) Palmer of Otsego and several nieces, nephews, cousins and their families. Maggie was preceded in death by her parents and a son, John Lanko; two brothers, Larry Organ, Rich Vanderveen and a great-grandson, Baby Daniel.

Maggie was an avid pool player and traveled to Las Vegas for tournaments. She loved gardening. Her more recent pastime was being a Facebook gamer talking and playing with people as far as Canada and Europe. Maggie will be remembered as ¬big-hearted loving woman.
